Futuresource Consulting has announced HARMAN as the platinum sponsor for Audio Collaborative 2022. Taking place on the 10th of November at the Ham Yard Hotel in London, the event will see two of their key figures join the line-up for both a keynote and exciting panel discussion exploring the content creator market.
‘We are absolutely delighted to have HARMAN on board,’ says Carl Hibbert, Director at Futuresource Consulting. ‘As a global industry giant, they will certainly bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. There’s no doubt they’ll contribute enormous value to the conversations taking place at this year’s event.’
As part of the platinum sponsorship, Futuresource has announced Carsten Olesen, President of the Consumer Audio division at HARMAN, as keynote for the event. Olesen started his career as HARMAN’s brand director in 1999, moving across various sections of the organisation before landing his current position. Given his long history with the company, there’s no better figure to be heading the line-up of speakers.
During his keynote, Carsten will explore how the future shape of sound will continue to touch our lives and elevate the consumer experience. From cars to bars, from beaches to stadiums, from theatres to the metaverse, sound is our future.
In addition to Olesen, Phil Cummings of HARMAN will also be joining the line-up to explore the content creator market. With over 17 years of experience in professional audio, Phil has worked with some of the biggest artists on the planet. Ed Sheeran and Adele have benefited from Phil’s expertise – and now, he will be sharing his knowledge with all those attending Audio Collaborative 2022.
Widely regarded as one of the leading figures in audio electronics, HARMAN will naturally play a huge role in making Audio Collaborative 2022 an enriching experience. Other noteworthy speakers include Althea Ricketts from Shure, Simon Byron from Yogscast Games, Adil Saleem from Synaptics, and Jon Kiachian from Knowles Corporation. The team from Futuresource Consulting are enlivened by the current shape of the line-up.
A number of critical topics will be dissected throughout the day. Key themes include:
‘It’s been a turbulent few years,” says Carl Hibbert from Futuresource. “But the current market is awash with opportunity, and the atmosphere at Audio Collaborative will be buzzing with future possibilities. That’s what will make this year’s event so exciting.”
