By 2028, the market is projected to reach $1.14 billion, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.2%. 

Key hotspots for pro mixer console growth

The report identifies several key segments driving growth. In the touring and rental sector, the market saw a significant jump from $156 million in 2022 to $186 million in 2023, up 19.2% year-on-year. With the return of large-scale live events and global touring productions, this sector is ripe for advanced, reliable audio solutions. 

The installed leisure market, which includes venues like nightclubs, theatres and sports stadiums, reached $153 million in 2023, reflecting a 19.5% increase from the previous year. The demand for immersive, high-quality audio experiences in these venues continues to gain traction. 

In the broadcast and studio sector, the market reached $163 million in 2023, driven by the ongoing shift toward digital consoles and the integration of cutting-edge networking protocols. Futuresource expects this to have climbed to $167 million in 2024, once final figures are in.
