The Interactive Displays market has grown at a tremendous pace over the last decade. In 2014 the market value increased 19%. The size of the market in 2014 was 1.3 million displays at a value of $2.7 billion. The transition to Interactive Flat Panels, which now account for over 1/3 of the market, is opening further opportunities for existing vendors and enticing new vendors into the market.
The Corporate sector is on the verge of expansion which could be greatly stimulated by the launch of Microsoft Surface Hub this summer. The major programme of Fatih, 350,000 displays, and the multiple tenders in China are helping to maintain strong market volumes.
The education sector provides a vast target market for vendors and component suppliers alike, with over 40 million classrooms and 1.5 billion enrolled students and teachers across the world.
The service covers both Interactive Whiteboards and Interactive Flat Panels in education and corporate sectors.
